The Family
TWH (Pet) * was born as the best platform for connecting pet professionals with pet owners. Willow allows users to create management for your four-legged friend and professionals to offer them services. But now the time has come to give ourselves 100% to our friends and we have created all these products with all our love.

Our Story

We are a group of young friends who have known each other for some time but with a common goal: to create something new for our beloved puppies with the aim of their health. We had many ideas but all of them brought us here to create products in contact with veterinarians to increase the quality of the products themselves with quality raw materials and above all efficient to increase their health. You can know a man's heart from the way he treats animals.

Shipping and Returns

Shipment: We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the user at the time of the order. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and while we strive to deliver within the specified time frame, all delivery times shown for delivery are approximate only. All estimated times are calculated based on working days. Returns (with regard to open feed it is not possible to return) We want you to be happy with your purchase.
